Functions: Connection and control of

muting lamps.

Capacity: Two main muting lamps plus

two reserve muting lamps.

Muting is the safe, automatic and

temporary suspension of an

electrosensitive protective device, in

accordance with EN 61496-1 A.7. Muting

is typically applied to allow material in

process to be moved into and out of a

hazardous area. Typically, muting causes

the signal inputs from safety barriers

such as opto-switches or light curtains to

be temporarily ignored. A kind of muting

control is implemented in an MSR300

System as part of the robot safety control

function.

Kontrollsystems einer Maschine vorgesehen.

ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Für die Maschine, in die dieses Gerät

eingebaut wird, muss eine Risikobeurtei-

lung durchgeführt werden. Anhand der

Risikobeurteilung muss geprüft werden,

ob die Spezi kationen dieses Gerätes

den Betriebs- und Umgebungsbedin-

gungen der Maschine entsprechen.

In regelmäßigen Abständen, während

der Lebensdauer der Maschine, ist zu

überprüfen, ob die vorhergesehenen

Spezi kationen weiterhin gültig sind.

REPARATUR

Bei Fehlfunktion oder Beschädigung

dürfen keine Reparaturversuche unter-

nommen werden. Das Gerät muss er-

setzt werden, bevor ein weiterer Betrieb

der Maschine zugelassen wird.

Funktion: Anschluss und Überwachung

von Muting Lampen.

Kapazität: Zum Anschluss von zwei Mu-

ting Lampen sowie zwei Reservelampen.

Muting ist die sichere, automatische und

temporäre Aufhebung einer elektrosen-

sitiven Schutzeinrichtung entsprechend

EN 61496-1 A.7. Muting wird üblicher-

weise eingesetzt, um während eines

Prozesses Material in oder aus einem

Gefahrenbereich zu befördern. Typi-

scherweise bewirkt Muting die zeitweise

Überbrückung der Signaleingänge von

Sicherheitsbarrieren wie z. B. Sicherheits-

Lichtschranken oder -Lichtgittern. Das

MSR300 System erlaubt eine besondere

Art der Muting Funktion als Bestandteil

der Überwachung einer Roboterzelle.

La mise en suspension consiste en un

arrêt temporaire, automatique et en

toute sécurité d‘un dispositif de protec-

tion électrosensible conformément aux

prescriptions de la norme EN 61496-1

A.7. Cette fonction permet par exemple

d‘introduire ou de retirer un produit

de la zone dangereuse de la chaîne

de fabrication. Elle permet d‘ignorer

temporairement les signaux d‘entrée

des barrières de sécurité (interrupteurs

opto-électroniques, rideaux lumineux,

etc.). Le système MSR300 comporte une

telle fonction intégrée au dispositif de

contrôle de sécurité des robots.

Funzioni: Connessione e controllo di

lampade di silenziamento.

Capacità: Due lampade di silenziamento

principali più due lampade di silenzia-

mento di riserva.

Il silenziamento è la sospensione sicura,

automatica e temporanea di un dispositi-

vo elettrosensibile di protezione, in con-

formità a EN 61496-1 A.7. Il silenziamento

viene di solito applicato per permettere

l‘introduzione o l‘estrazione di materiale in

trattamento in o da una zona pericolosa.

Normalmente il silenziamento fa sì che

siano temporaneamente ignorate le

entrate di segnali da barriere di sicurezza

come interruttori ottici o barriere fotoelet-

triche. Sul sistema MSR300 è realizzato un

genere di controllo a silenziamento come

parte della funzione di controllo della

sicurezza del robot.
