Chapter 2 Organize tags
User-defined data types (structures) let you organize your data to match your
machine or process.
Example: User-defined data type that stores a recipe.
In a system of several tanks, each tank can run a variety of recipes. Because the recipe requires a mix of data types (REAL, DINT, BOOL, so forth), a user-defined data
type is used.
An array that is based on this data type looks like this example.
